Don-Jo 1706 Adjustable Roller Latch with Angle Stop
The Don-Jo 1706 is an adjustable roller latch with a built-in angle stop in cast brass with a solid nylon roller for silent operation. It holds a door closed by spring pressure against a strike, with no latch bolt to operate — push or pull and the door opens.
The angle stop gives a frame without an integral stop something for the door to close against, and converts a double-acting door to single-acting. Use it on closets, pantries and cabinet-style doors where a latching lockset is not wanted. Roller latches are not a locking or fire-rated latching device.
