Don-Jo 1520 Floor Door Holder
The Don-Jo 1520 is a floor-mounted door holder in cast brass: a cast pedestal on the floor engages a strike on the door to hold it open, and releases with a pull.
Floor-mounted holders are chosen by the measured gap between the door bottom and the floor — this model fits a clearance of 1/2" or less. Measure the clearance before ordering. It is a mechanical holder, not an alarm-released hold-open.
