Pemko 18100CNB Nylon Brush Sill Sweep - 1" Grey Brush

The Pemko 18100CNB is a high-performance Nylon Brush Door Sweep designed to provide an airtight, weather-tight seal at the bottom of commercial doors. Featuring 1-inch Type 6 grey nylon bristles encased in a clear anodized aluminum retainer, this sweep is uniquely engineered to conform to uneven floor surfaces and irregular thresholds. Unlike rigid neoprene or vinyl seals, the dense nylon filaments provide a superior barrier with extremely low closing force, ensuring your door operates smoothly while blocking out air, light, smoke, and pests.

High-Performance & Security Features

• Superior Versatility: The dense brush conforms to every contour of the sealing surface, making it ideal for hollow metal, wood, sectional, or automatic doors.

• Extreme Temperature Resistance: The nylon brush remains flexible down to -40°F and maintains its integrity at temperatures above 400°F, perfect for harsh exterior environments.

• Life Safety Certified: Fully certified for UL 10C Positive Pressure fire tests and UL 1784 Smoke Air Leakage standards, providing critical protection in commercial corridor openings.

• Natural Pest Defense: The dense filament arrangement naturally repels rodents and spiders and can be treated with standard household repellents for enhanced pest control.

• Eco-Friendly & Safe: GREENGUARD Gold Certified for low chemical emissions and EPD certified, supporting healthy indoor air quality and sustainable building goals.
