PDQ MR211 BJSR Square Rose Single Dummy Trim - Grade 1
The PDQ MR211 BJSR is Single Dummy trim for the PDQ MR Series. It provides fixed, non-operating lever trim -- there is no latch, deadbolt, or operating mechanism -- for the pull side of an opening and to visually match active MR Series mortise locksets on closet doors, storage rooms, and single-side dummy applications.
The Boston (BJ) lever is solid forged brass with a clean, architectural aesthetic on a J-Series Sectional (square rose) in a US32D (630) Satin Stainless finish. Its "return-to-door" design is ADA compliant and helps prevent clothing, bags, or straps from snagging on the hardware in busy corridors.
Function: Single Dummy Trim (no ANSI code)
Single Dummy trim mounts a fixed lever on the pull side of the door with no operating mechanism:
- Rigid outside lever.
SR Square Rose Trim
This is the SR square-rose version. The PDQ MR Series price list (effective March 3, 2025, page 13, "J Series Rose and Escutcheon Lock Adjustment") lists the J-Trim sectional rose in two shapes:
- SJ -- Sectional Round Rose - J Trim: no charge.
- SR -- Sectional Square Rose - J Trim: $20.00 lock adjustment.
Page 13 marks the square rose J-Trim only -- it is not offered on F-Trim. SR is a lock adjustment to the same lock, so the function and lock body are unchanged; the rose shape changes.
