While typical commercial locks are rated for one million cycles, the PDQ MR Series is tested to over 11 million cycles -- extending the hardware lifespan by 11 times the industry standard. This motor-driven electrified mortise lockset is built for access-controlled storerooms, computer rooms, stairwell towers, and similar openings, and integrates with building access-control and power supplies.
Constructed with a heavy-duty 12-gauge cold rolled steel mechanism, the MR199A provides a formidable defense against unauthorized entry. The Philadelphia (PHL) lever offers a clean, architectural aesthetic in a US26D Satin Chrome finish. Function: Electrified Storeroom (Electrified, no ANSI code)
The Electrified Storeroom function admits entry by key from the outside and free egress by the inside lever, with the outside trim electrically locked or unlocked by a motor drive (fail secure by default, field changeable to fail safe):
