Lund C-1303 Flush Recess Key Cabinet — 160-Key Capacity, Expandable to 300 Keys
*** Lead Time: 2-4 Weeks ***
The Lund C-1303 is a commercial-grade flush-recess key cabinet designed for organized, secure key management in institutional, government, hospitality, property management, and facility settings. With a standard capacity of 160 keys (one-tag configuration) and the ability to expand within the same cabinet up to 300 keys, the C-1303 scales with your operation without requiring additional wall space or a second enclosure. Made in the USA, this cabinet delivers the heavy-duty construction and clean flush-mounted appearance demanded by commercial interiors.
Key Features & Benefits
- Flush-Recess Installation: Mounts flush within the wall for a clean, professional profile — ideal where surface-mounted units are impractical or aesthetically undesirable.
- 160-Key Starting Capacity: Ships in one-tag configuration holding 160 keys; expandable on the same cabinet body up to 300 keys as your key inventory grows.
- Heavy-Gauge Steel Construction: 18-gauge cabinet body paired with a reinforced 11-gauge flange and door provide the rigidity and tamper resistance required in high-traffic commercial environments.
- Finishing Molding Included: A 2-1/4 inch finishing molding projects 1/4 inch past the wall surface, delivering a finished, trim appearance around the wall opening.
- Precise Wall Opening: Requires a wall opening of exactly 18-1/2 x 25 x 2-1/2 inches — plan rough-in dimensions accordingly during new construction or renovation.
- Made in USA: Manufactured domestically, supporting projects with Buy American requirements or domestic sourcing preferences.
- Indoor Use: Designed for climate-controlled interior environments. Not fireproof. Not waterproof.
