Lund C-1301 Flush Recess Key Cabinet — 60-Key Capacity, One-Tag, Made in USA
*** Lead Time: 2-4 Weeks ***
The Lund C-1301 is a commercial-grade, flush-recess key cabinet designed for secure, organized key management in institutional, commercial, and facilities settings. Built and assembled in the USA, the C-1301 ships as a one-tag, 60-key cabinet and is expandable on the same cabinet up to 90-key capacity — giving facility managers room to grow without replacing the enclosure. Its flush-front profile installs recessed into the wall for a clean, professional appearance that blends with lobbies, security offices, and administrative areas.
Key Features & Benefits
- Expandable Key Capacity: Starts at 60 keys and expands on the same cabinet to 90 keys, accommodating growing key inventories without full replacement.
- Flush-Recess Installation: Mounts recessed into the wall for a low-profile, finished look. A 2-1/4 inch finishing molding projects just 1/4 inch past the wall surface — ideal for high-traffic corridors and professional environments.
- Heavy-Gauge Steel Construction: The cabinet body is formed from 18-gauge steel; the flange and door are reinforced with 11-gauge steel for added rigidity and tamper resistance at the door and frame interface.
- One-Tag System: Includes one-tag key hook organization, keeping keys labeled and easy to locate at a glance.
- Made in USA: Domestically manufactured to commercial quality standards — a frequently specified requirement for government, municipal, and institutional procurement.
- Clean Wall Opening: Requires a wall opening of 18-1/2 x 12 x 2-1/2 inches — standard framing dimensions for retrofit and new-construction installation.
Applications
The Lund C-1301 is well suited for schools, hospitals, hotels, apartment complexes, government facilities, corporate campuses, and property management offices — anywhere that requires organized, secure storage for a moderate key inventory with a clean wall-integrated appearance. Indoor use only; not rated for exterior, fireproof, or waterproof applications.
