Securitron MM15 Magnalock | 4,000 lb ultimate
The Securitron MM15 is a 4,000 lb ultimate Magnalock. Hybrid magnetic and mechanical lock. Two spring-loaded hardened steel jaws. Indoor only. 100 mA at 12 VDC or 200 mA at 24 VDC. Also accepts 12 or 24 VAC. A maglock is not a complete egress solution. Pair it with latching hardware and fire-alarm release. A standalone push button is not sole release. The body is 5-1/8 in long, 3-7/8 in high, and 2-3/4 in deep. The armature is 6 in long by 1-7/8 in high, with 1/4 in protrusion. Fail safe. UL 294, UL 10C 1-hour, and CAN/ULC-S104. High-security interior use. A behavioral-health or detention specification needs the facility security consultant and the AHJ.
