Dorma F9400C Fire-Rated SVR Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device for 30" Wide Door
The Dorma F9400C is a heavy-duty, Grade 1 fire-labeled surface vertical rod exit device for wide-stile wood or metal fire pairs that cannot take a mullion. The F prefix is the fire label, not a function. This page is the factory C rail (30 in door), function 01 Exit Only, default RHR. Grade 1 Strength and Universal Design
Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1, the fire-labeled 9400 latches top and bottom so the pair stays clear in the middle. Final hardware must match the opening fire rating and the AHJ.

This F9400C is the fire-labeled mechanical SVR. A published hourly rating and UL file number are not claimed here. The 9000 order block lists factory options including MLR, ES, MS, and LM. Those options are not on this 01 Exit Only page.

The Dorma F9400C ships as a 30 in C rail, default RHR, with no hex-key dogging. Choose 630 satin stainless or 689 sprayed aluminum on this page. The 36 in fire SVR is F9400B. The 48 in fire SVR is F9400A. Panic 9400C is separate.
