Dorma F9300A Fire-Rated Rim Exit Device
The Dorma F9300A is a heavy-duty, Grade 1 fire-labeled rim exit device for wide-stile wood or metal fire openings. The F prefix is the fire label, not a function. This page is the factory A rail (48 in door), function 01 Exit Only -- no outside trim. Panic 9300A and the 36 in F9300B are separate listings.
Grade 1 Strength and Universal Design
Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1, the fire-labeled 9300 family uses the same deadlocking 3/4 in throw latch as the panic rim and stays non-handed. Schools, hospitals, and other rated exits use F9300A when the opening needs a Grade 1 fire-labeled 48 in rim and no exterior trim. Final hardware must match the opening fire rating and the AHJ.
Advanced Security and Electrified Integration
This F9300A is the fire-labeled mechanical rim (UL10C as printed for F9300). A published hourly rating and UL file number are not printed on those catalog pages and are not claimed here. The 9000 order block lists factory options including MLR, ES, MS, and LM. Those options are not on this 01 Exit Only page.

The Dorma F9300A ships as a 48 in A rail with no hex-key dogging. Choose 630 satin stainless or 689 sprayed aluminum on this page. The 36 in fire-labeled rim is F9300B. Panic 9300A is the non-labeled 48 in rim.
