Don-Jo 1526 Floor Door Holder
The Don-Jo 1526 is a floor-mounted door holder in brass: a cast pedestal on the floor engages a strike on the door to hold it open, and releases with a pull.
Floor-mounted holders are chosen by the measured gap between the door bottom and the floor — Don-Jo 1520 through 1523 cover the standard bands; confirm this model's fit against your clearance. Measure the clearance before ordering. It is a mechanical holder, not an alarm-released hold-open.
