Lock Operation Detailed

The Corbin Russwin ML2075 PSR is a heavy-duty Grade 1 Security Entrance or Office mortise lockset on Princeton Lever x R Escutcheon (PSR) trim. It is built on the ML2000 Series platform and is certified to A156.13 Series 1000, Operational and Security Grade 1.
Security Entrance Function -- What It Means
The Security Entrance or Office function locks the outside grip by projection of the deadbolt. Latchbolt by grip from either side unless the outside grip is locked that way. Deadbolt thrown or retracted by outside key or inside thumbturn. The inside grip simultaneously retracts latchbolt and deadbolt; the outside grip remains locked. A key unlocks the outside grip; the outside grip remains locked unless unlocked by key. An auxiliary latch deadlocks the latchbolt. An indicator, when specified, shows deadbolt position only.
