The Corbin Russwin ML2057 LWR is a heavy-duty Grade 1 Storeroom or Closet mortise lockset on Lustra Wrought Lever x R Escutcheon (LWR) trim. It is built on the ML2000 Series platform and is certified to A156.13 Series 1000, Operational and Security Grade 1.
Storeroom Function -- What It Means
The Storeroom or Closet function (ANSI/BHMA F07) keeps the outside grip always rigid -- entry from the outside is by key only. The inside grip is always free for egress. An auxiliary latch deadlocks the latchbolt when the door is closed. There is no thumbturn or toggle that can leave the outside unlocked.
