The Corbin Russwin ML2029 CSM is a heavy-duty Grade 1 Hotel or Motel mortise lockset on Citation Lever x M Escutcheon (CSM) trim. It is built on the ML2000 Series platform and is certified to A156.13 Series 1000, Operational and Security Grade 1.
Hotel Function -- What It Means
The Hotel or Motel function (ANSI/BHMA F15) is a hotel lockbody. Latchbolt by grip inside and by guest key or master key outside. The outside grip is always rigid. Deadbolt by thumbturn grip inside or by emergency key outside. The inside grip simultaneously retracts latchbolt and deadbolt. The emergency key shuts out all other keys. An auxiliary latch deadlocks the latchbolt. An indicator, when specified, shows deadbolt position only.
