Lock Operation Detailed
- Latchbolt by grip either side, except when outside grip is locked by thumbturn inside.

The Corbin Russwin LB-ML2060 is the bare ML2000 Series heavy-duty mortise lock body (case only) configured for the Privacy function ANSI/BHMA F22. Price Book No. 42 page 106 Lock Only sells this as trim key LL (Lever x Lever): it includes the lockcase, armored front, strike and screw pack. Cylinder(s) and thumbturn lever are not included. Order the complete lockset when you need levers, roses, or escutcheons on the same opening.
Privacy Function -- What It Means
The Privacy function (ANSI/BHMA F22) locks the outside grip with a thumbturn inside. Latchbolt by grip either side except when the outside grip is locked by that thumbturn. Operating the inside grip, closing the door, or operating the emergency key outside unlocks the outside grip. The inside grip is always free. This is a non-keyed latchset -- there is no cylinder. The catalog prints that this function is not available with M19S or M19SN.
