The Corbin Russwin LB-ML2057 is the bare ML2000 Series heavy-duty mortise lock body (case only) configured for the Storeroom or Closet function ANSI/BHMA F07. Price Book No. 42 page 106 Lock Only sells this as trim key LL (Lever x Lever): it includes the lockcase, armored front, strike and screw pack. Cylinder(s) and thumbturn lever are not included. Order the complete lockset when you need levers, roses, or escutcheons on the same opening.
Storeroom Function -- What It Means
The Storeroom or Closet function (ANSI/BHMA F07) keeps the outside grip always rigid -- entry from the outside is by key only. The inside grip is always free for egress. An auxiliary latch deadlocks the latchbolt when the door is closed. There is no thumbturn or toggle that can leave the outside unlocked.
