The Hager 780-112HD is a concealed leaf continuous geared hinge from Hager's aluminum 780 Series — engineered for the highest-traffic commercial openings where conventional butt hinges sag, bind, and fail. Unlike a piano hinge or standard butt hinge, a geared continuous hinge distributes door weight and closer kickback stress uniformly along the full height of the opening, eliminating concentrated hinge-point loading. Available in three stocked lengths — 79", 83", and 95" — in a Clear Anodized Aluminum (US28 / 628) finish. Meets ANSI/BHMA A156.26 Grade 1 and is UL fire listed for rated assemblies.
