Type-304 stainless steel with all welded construction; exposed surfaces shall have matte black powder coated finish. Unit mounts on left side of toilet (when seated) with tissue dispenser on right side. Used from both sides, serviced from one side. Capacity: 0.8-gal<<DOT>> (3.0L). Door unlocks with key provided and swings open for filling. Holds two standard core tissue rolls and 500 toilet seat covers for each compartment (1000 total). Theft-resistant spindles.
