The Accentra HAR 8860-2FL (formerly Yale 8800 Series) is a heavy-duty Store Door Lock Function mortise lockset built for commercial and institutional openings. It is certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Series 1000, Grade 1 -- the highest operational and security grade the standard defines -- and carries the Hampton (HAR) lever on the standard rose.
Built for openings that are opened and closed thousands of times a year, it uses a wrought steel, zinc dichromate plated case, 3/8" solid steel (heat treated) hubs and a 3/4" throw stainless steel anti-friction latchbolt. Available in five architectural finishes, it is field reversible and ships with the door prep and installation drawings for the trim shown.
Function Details: Store Door Lock (ANSI/BHMA F14)
- Lever Works the Latch from Either Side: Latchbolt retracted by knob/lever either side — either lever retracts the latchbolt, with no key needed to do it.
- Deadbolt Keyed from Both Faces: Deadbolt operated by key both sides — the key throws and withdraws the deadbolt from either side of the door.
