Advanced Safety & Streamlined Installation
- Self-Latching Security: The top bolt automatically engages when the inactive door closes. It remains latched even when the active leaf is opened, releasing only when the user presses the plunger button on the bolt face.
- Eliminate Floor Prep: The included Bottom Fire Bolt removes the requirement for a floor-mounted strike. This not only saves installation labor but also creates a cleaner, barrier-free floor transition—perfect for hospitals and high-traffic corridors.
- Heat-Activated Fire Protection: In the event of a fire reaching 230°F, the thermal plug and cover melt, allowing the fire bolt to automatically project and lock the door leaves together.
