The Sargent 52-5660 is often the "missing link" when troubleshooting an electrified lever that has power at the transfer hinge but no movement at the motor. Over years of heavy use, standard door vibrations can cause wear on inferior wiring; this genuine Sargent harness is built with high-flex conductors to prevent internal wire breakage. When reassembling the trim, use the integrated clips within the chassis to route the harness away from the thru bolts and moving mechanical parts to prevent wire pinching.

Installation Note: Before ordering, please confirm that your ET trim was manufactured after 2018, as the connector pin-outs changed for the newer motor assemblies. If you are replacing a damaged harness, we highly recommend inspecting the 68-7546 Motor Actuator at the same time to ensure the connection pins are clean and straight.
