Pro-Tip for Facility Managers
The Pemko 315CN is the "industrial workhorse" of door sweeps. Because the neoprene is highly resistant to heat and cold, it won't crack or stiffen in extreme winters like standard vinyl might. Note that while neoprene is incredibly durable, it is not recommended for environments with high exposure to petroleum products like gasoline or mineral oil. If your sweep is damaged over time, you can easily refresh the seal by sliding in a new E315 replacement insert (compatible with the 2019 redesign).
