The PDQ MR141 LJEJ is an architectural-grade, Grade 1 Storeroom with Deadbolt Function Mortise Lock for high-traffic commercial environments. It pairs the Los Angeles (LJ) lever -- a straight, angular lever with a beveled end -- on a J-Series Escutcheon in a US32D (630) Satin Stainless finish, and is engineered to exceed the rigorous standards of BHMA Series 1000. It suits storerooms, utility rooms, and secured supply openings that need a keyed, always-locked outside lever plus a deadbolt, where the inside lever retracts both the latch and the deadbolt in a single motion for egress. Its "return-to-door" design is ADA compliant and helps prevent clothing, bags, or straps from snagging on the hardware in busy corridors.

The Storeroom with Deadbolt function keeps the outside lever rigid and locked, retracts the latchbolt and throws the deadbolt by outside key or inside thumbturn, and retracts both the latch and the deadbolt from the inside lever in a single motion:
