The Hager 47RN Night Latch Grip Pull is a high-security, standard-duty trim designed specifically for use with Hager 4700 Series Exit Devices. This Night Latch Function (ANSI 03) trim—also known as Storeroom Function—features a rigid, non-moving grip pull that remains locked at all times. Entry is only possible by using a key to retract the latchbolt, making the 47RN the ideal choice for rear exit doors, secure storage areas, and utility rooms where "always locked" protection is required.
As a BHMA Certified Grade 1 component, the 47RN is built to withstand the rigorous demands of high-traffic commercial and institutional environments. The Hager 47RN is a "Less Rim Cylinder" model, designed to be paired with a Hager 3901 Rim Cylinder (sold separately). This configuration allow facility managers to easily integrate the trim into an existing master key system. To ensure a permanent and stable mount, the trim is installed using thru bolts, providing a high-strength, through-the-door connection that prevents the grip pull from loosening, sagging, or being tampered with over time.
