The Hager 2909 is a UL-listed, filtered and regulated DC power supply designed to drive electric door hardware from a single, reliable source. Accepting standard 120 VAC line-voltage input, it delivers a field-selectable 12 or 24 VDC output at 2 amps continuous — covering the vast majority of access control and electrified opening applications from one part number. Compatible loads include electric strikes, magnetic locks, power transfer loops (EPT), and low-energy operators. For standby protection during utility outages, the 2909 is compatible with the Hager 2-679-0661 5 Amp-Hour battery backup (sold separately).
