Hager 552SAV Threshold, 5" wide, Lipped with Vinyl Insert, Mill Aluminum finish
This threshold is great for providing a weatherseal at the bottom of the door opening. Also used in conjunction with the bottom rod of surface applied vertical rod exit devices. This type threshold is not good for doors with wheelchairs, carts and/or dolly traffic going through them (use flat thresholds & sill sweep in these conditions). 3/4" high overall height is used with 1/2" or 5/8" undercut doors.
Vinyl seal remains flexible to -40 degrees Fahrenheit.
