These are two of the more common types of hinges that are found within the commercial and industrial environments. 

Standard options are available such as: 

​- Non-Removable Pin  (NRP)

​- Reverse Safety Stud (RSS)

​- Electrical Modifications: Power Transfer and/or Monitoring

​- Hospital Tip (HT)

Pivot Sets 

When referring to pivots, there are three main types: 

​- Offset Pivots  (3/4" Offset is Standard)

​- Center Hung Pivots (used on Double Acting Doors)

​- Reinforcing Pivots (used with other hinges to alleviate the door sag)
