What are the Product warranties?
All products purchased from DoorwaysPlus are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
You'll find these manufacturers are not only the industry leaders in product design and quality, their warranties are also excellent.
In the rare event there is shipping damage to any product you receive from DoorwaysPlus, please report the problem to us.
How can I return a purchase?
To return any purchase, please obtain a "Returned Goods Authorization number" from DoorwaysPlus by calling us at 1-937-222-1522. If outside our business hours, you may elect to send us an e-mail instead to: [email protected]
Before requesting an RGA number and returning the product, please be certain to verify that the installation was done properly, conforming to the instructions furnished.
When sending back your purchase, please indicate your RGA number clearly on the shipping label.
Returned goods must be sent to us within 15 days from original date of shipment.
Credit will be issued after the returned purchase is received, or we will correct the problem and return the product to you promptly.
Please allow 10 days for credit to appear in your account.
A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returns except when a product was shipped by mistake or found to be defective.
Any information you disclose to DoorwaysPlus-including your name, address, phone, e-mail address, credit card data, and purchases-stays with us.
We do not sell, share, or otherwise distribute our customer list.
Shipping and delivery
We invite you to shop often. Order only what you need-there's no minimum order required at DoorwaysPlus.
For a limited time, DoorwaysPlus.com will provide FREE UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S. on single orders over $700. This discount can not be applied to other shipping methods.
Our Shopping Cart system will calculate your shipping cost based on delivery zip code, type of service requested, and the estimated weight and length of the items ordered.
If you require next day delivery, we suggest placing your order by telephone (937-222-1522). Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST. Almost all orders are shipped either from our warehouse or direct from the factory within three business days - and many are shipped the same day we receive them.
We strive to keep our posted prices and information accurate and to have items in stock and ready to ship. We will notify you promptly if any part of your order is out of stock. No standard product will be charged to your credit card until it is shipped. Special "non-stock" orders will require a 50% deposit.
