Features:

• Eliminates the bottom automatic flush bolt and dust proof strike.
• When door is subjected to 230˚F the plug and black plastic cover will melt allowing the bolt to project, locking the leaves together.
• UL Listed only when used with automatic top bolt.
• UL Listed up to and including 20 minute opening in conjunction with the 2940 or 2905 top Bolt for wood doors up to 4ft x 9ft
• The BFB will project during a fire. Do not cover door edge with any edge mounted door hardware (astragals)
