Hinges are for use on average traffic in residential and light commercial construction. Hinges are furnished with All Wood Screws (1 1/4" x 12 FPHW) and All Machine Screws (1/2" x 12-24 FPHM) Non Rising Stainless Steel Pin with Button Tips. Commercial Grade Hinges are .134 thickness with template screw hole pattern. NRP (Non Removable Pin) is a set screw driven into the barrel of the hinge that is inaccessible when the door is in the closed position. SSF (Safety Stud) is a stud attached to the face of one leaf rotates into a cavity in the opposite leaf when the door is closed. This option interlocks the two leaves together, preventing the removal of the door even if the pin is removed.
