One piece, non-ferrous, and self-lubricating bearings ensure even longer-lasting wear and resistance to clogging, corrosion, and hinge failure.
Hospital tips feature a one-piece non-removable pin with tapered tips. The hospital tip feature by design makes the pin virtually non-removable.
Hinges are for use on average traffic in commercial construction. Hinges are furnished with All Wood Screws (1 1/4" x 12 FPHW) and All Machine Screws (1/2" x 12-24 FPHM). Commercial Grade Hinges are .180 thickness with template screw hole pattern.
