- Permanent replacement for existing doors and frames
- 1/16" inset
- For doors up to 48" door width and 450 lbs.
- 83" can be cut down to 79" without cutting thru a bearing or mounting holes
- Standard fasteners are 12-24 x 7/8" self-drilling TEK Machine Screws for frame, 1/4-20 x 1-9/16" x 3/8" dia sex-bolt with 1/4-20 x 1" PH Shoulder Screws for the door
- Fire Rated up to 90 min for metal swinging type fire doors, and 60 minute rated wood fire doors. Please call for quote for if fire rated door opening ratings are greater
