Closed Cell Neoprene in an aluminum housing, remains flexible to -50 degree Fahrenheit. Slotted screw holes for adjustment. Furnished with zinc plated # 6 x 5/8" pan head steel screws. Sound tested per ASTM E90-90 & ASTM E413-87
