Hager BB1168 NRP 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 Full Mortise - Ball Bearing Hinge, Heavy Weight, Steel with plated finish.

Furnished standard with 1/2 wood screws (1 1/4" x 12 FPHW) and All machine screws (1/2" 12-24 FPHM)

Hinges are .180 thickness, For 1 3/4" door thickness. For use on heavy weight doors or doors requiring high frequency service.

Stock finishes include USP (prime for paint) & US26D. Other finishes available by quote include: US3, US4, US10, US10A, US10B, US15, US26 & L1 (Black). Other options available by quote include special tips (hospital tip, ball tips, acorn tips, steeple tips, urn tips), round corners - 1/4" or 5/8" radius, Safety Stud, wide throw hinges and/or special width or height.

Non-Removable Pin (NRP) for Medium Security

The Non-Removable pin has a small set screw in the body of the barrel. This set screw is tightened down against the pin. The pin has a groove in the position where the set screw makes contact, allowing the set screw to seat. The set screw is positioned so it cannot be reached unless the door is opened. If pin removal is necessary, the set screw is merely removed and the pin tapped from the bottom in the usual manner.
