Automatic Door Bottoms Provide an outstanding seal against drafts, light, smoke and sound ::: For best results, use in conjunction with a flat threshold  or cam lift hinges ::: when door fully closes, the gasket extends downward to provide a seal ::: Gasket retracts when door is opened ::: furnished with #8 x 1 1⁄4" Pan head sheet metal screws ::: Furnished with end cover and strike plates ::: Furnished as exact length as stated. May be trimmed for fitting (2" maximum)

Please note: Automatic Door Bottoms need to have a flat floor or threshold. The first 3" of a door's swinging, the Automatic Door Bottom is touching the floor. Carpet Reducing Strips will pull out the neoprene from the bottom of the door bottom.

May be used on fire rated doors, Category J gaskets for use with Listed steel frames and/or classified steel covered composite, hollow metal doors rated up to 3 hrs; wood and plastic covered fire doors rated up to and including 1 1/2 hrs; and wood core doors rated for 20 minutes.
