Product Certifications
721 Smoke Seal has been approved as a Category H Smoke
& Draft Control Gasket for use with wood core doors rated
up to and including 20 minutes fire test without hose stream.
When applied to the door and frame assembly in accordance with
manufacturers installation instructions, the assembly will comply
with UBC 7-2 (1997) Part II. Also suitable as a Category J gasket
for use with Listed steel frames and/or classified steel covered
composite, hollow metal doors rated up to 3 hours and wood and
plastic covered composite doors rated up to and including 1-1/2
hours. |

gasket for use with Category B wood and plastic covered composite
doors rated up to and including 1 hour and category B wood core
doors rated 20 minutes fire tested without hose stream. When
applied to the door and frame assembly in accordance with manufacturers
installation instructions, the assembly will comply with UBC
7-2 (1997) Part I & II. Also suitable as a Category J gasket
for use with Listed steel frames and/or Classified steel covered
composite, hollow metal doors rated up to and including 3 hours;

724 Intumescent Fire Seal has been approved for installation
with Listed Wood Core Fire Doors with Wood or Steel Fire Door
Frames rated 20 minutes (with hose stream). 724 Intumescent
Fire & Smoke Seals have been approved for installation with
Listed Mineral Core Fire Doors and Steel Fire Door Frames rated
45, 60 and 90 minutes. These products have been tested to the
requirements of UBC 7-2 (1997) Part I, UL 10C (1998), ASTM E152-81a,
NFPA 252 (1995), UL10B (1997), UBC 7-2 (1994). Consult Hager
or the Test Labs to verify the specifics of these approvals. |
